What are your dreams and/or goals for 2013? Come up with a dream or goal that you want to accomplish in 2013 and win a $100 Visa gift card by entering the contest!

- by filling out your name (first and last)
- email address (so you can be contacted)
- your dream or goal for 2013 (be specific)
- the specific steps you’ll take to achieve your dream/goal
2) Submit the form by Monday, January 7th at 8 pm (California time).
3) All inquiries will be reviewed. The 13 semi-finalists will be selected and published on the site for a reader’s vote. The semi-finalists will be announced on Wednesday, January 9th. Once announced, the reader’s voting will begin. The deadline for the reader’s vote will Wednesday, January 16th by 8 pm.
Note: Judging will be based upon the clarity and “bigness” of your dream, as well as the steps you plan on taking to achieve your dream. Specific steps to achieving your dream will rank high in the judging. All judging for the 13 semi-finalists will be done anonymously by none other than Dr. Sack himself (my hot husband)!
