Budget. The only way to get to where you want to be financially is to budget. It’s not a bad word.
Dave Ramsey says “You have to tell your money where to go.” {Or he says something like that!}
My dad is old school. {Love him!} Therefore, I’m a little old school. He taught me how to budget on a legal pad. I modernized his budget a bit.
Every since I took over our Sack family finances 9 years ago {because I am the nerd in the family}, I use an excel spread sheet.
Awww…a cup of coffee, an excel spreadsheet, quiet mornings and I am set. Weird. I know. Just love me for who I am. And who knows? I might be able to help you get out of debt and into financial freedom. Then we can dream together. Sound exciting!? 😉
I would show you my spread sheet but boy is it messy! I understand it, but you may get overwhelmed.
